Hello this is PlumberX. People always ask me what gave you the idea and what made you create these how to plumbing videos? Coming up with the idea was easy. After many years as a plumber and servicing customers at there home I've seen a lot of people in tuff situations, people that could not afford a plumber, people that didn't have time to wait for a plumber to come to there home and make repairs, hearing horror stories of Plumbers that have rip off costumers and gave bad service, to me this was a loud cry for help. One story come to mind; A friend of mine calls me and ask, PlumberX could you do me a favor and help this older lady that I know, and go by and look at her Plumbing, she needs plumbing work really bad but she's to scared to call a plumber because of the cost, and she know that if I send you over there to check out the plumbing she can trust me as a friend recommending you, sure I said I could do that. The next day came and I went to the older lady's home she came to the door with a pleasant smile very humble. I could see it in her eye's she didn't have to say a word ( What is this going to cost ) she was very polite and courteous. The Hoover 0307 Single Tub Washing Machine with hand wringer, first machine by Hoover in 1947 at Merthyr Tydfyl factory, South Wales,UK. It consisted of a single metal tub with the famous "Hoover Boiling Action Pulsator, a spinning disc in the side of the tub which produced swirling currents of water through which the clothes where moved. It was a basic design, it didnt even have a switch, you just plugged it in and switched it on & off at the wall socket. As it had no electric pump, after washing you simply laid the hose into a bucket or drain, the empty hole in the base of the tub is very small but the vortex it produces is very powerful and drains very quickly. This model was great for the smaller family home and you could place it under a sink draining board or in a corner of the kitchen without taking up to much space, a great advantage over a copper or washboiler. It was last manufactured in 1957 after selling 325000 of them. To use, simply fill it with hot water, add your washing powder and switch on for a minute to dissolve the soap powder, then add the clothes around 4lbs dry weight and wash cottons for around 4 mins and synthetics & delicates for 2 mins. After washing you would feed the clothing through the hand wringer to force out the excess water. The sink is perhaps one of the most important appliances in your kitchen along with your stove and refrigerator. These three appliances make up your kitchen; they are, in fact, the entire kitchen. So, when building a house or remodeling the old one, carefully choosing a kitchen sink is important. If you want a corner kitchen sink you have to plan it well, in order to have the proper place and space in which to install it.

Choosing what kind of sink to install depends upon the type of countertops you have. If you have a laminate top you have a choice of a metal frame sink or a self rimming sink. However, if you have a solid surface countertop you have a larger variety of sinks to choose from. The choices you have are: the apron front which is reminiscent of the farmhouse sink; the tile which is square and fits into any tiled countertop; the metal frame which is attached directly to the countertop with a metal frame; The self rimming which sets on the countertop and supports itself that way; and the undermount which is recessed and sets flush with the countertop.

The corner kitchen sinks fits into an L shaped kitchen or a small kitchen because the kitchen  is still accessible and gives the cook more movable room. It does not interfere with the other work that has to be done in the kitchen. The corner sink can also be used in a larger kitchen where it would also be more accessible and still out of the way for the work being done. If the dishes tend to accumulate in the sink, they are not quite that visible in a corner kitchen sink in a large kitchen.
